Warranty

Under Estonian laws, the production and construction of boat moorings, similarly to many other sectors, are subject to manufacturer’s warranty, and accordingly we provide our products and works with a two-year warranty. This a period of a normal length, during which all and any faults and defects caused by the use of the boat bridge may be noted and remedied. Based on the current statistics, we may say that in approximately 97% of the cases, there are no defects during the warranty period, and it is definitely a sign of our stability and of our products’ suitability that we have been providing an extended warranty of up to 5 years.

For clients with high risk aversion, we can provide the FloatMe Rent service where the client effectively does not become the owner of the shore-based installation / boat bridge but rather outsources the service for a bridge with the size and functionality suitable for it. In the event of any defect or concern, we will be obliged to adjust or replace the solution. Read more about this service here.
